An update to an assisted retirement leasehold property

This property was in a very tired state internally and required a modernisation.

With a complete refit of the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom units as well as decoration throughout with new carpets, this property was started in March 2024 and on the market in June2024.

This type of project, being a leasehold within an actively managed freehold complex requires a lot of permissions in order to move forward.
